Nepal flag image - country flagsOur national flag has two triangles joined together. The base is crimson and the border deep blue. The upper triangle has the imprint of the white moon with eight rays and the lower triangle imprint of the sun with twelve rays. The moon and sun signify that Nepal will exist till the moon and the sun exist in the universe.

       Our national flag is unique in the world. it reflects our culture, religion, history and bravery. The crimson color signifies peace and friendship. We should keep up the glory of our national flag and safeguard the freedom and sovereignty of our motherland.
